CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservations MUST be cancelled one week or 5 business days ("Cancellation Period") PRIOR to arrival. Penalty for failure to cancel reservations within the Cancellation Period will result in full charges for the entire stay.
Special conditions apply to the following:
· Groups & Weddings: The Cancellation Period for reserving blocks of rooms is one month, with a 50% non-refundable deposit.
· Christmas & New Years: The Cancellation Period for reservations from December 22 to January 2 is one month.
· Basalt River Days or ESPN X-Games: The Cancellation Period for reservations is three weeks or 15 business days.
Also, a 50% deposit will be due at the time of booking. The deposit is fully refundable, IF reservation is cancelled within the Cancellation Period.
Check- in Time: 2:00 p.m.
Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m. SHARP or guest will be charged for an additional night.
NO REFUND for early check-out unless the room can be re-rented and we have no similar rooms available for rent.
When checking-out, if before 8:00 a.m. please deposit key(s) in "Drop Box". After 8:00 a.m. please bring key(s) to office.
There is an automatic $25 per key charge for keys not returned at time of check-out.
A $200 PENALTY will be charged to the paying guest for:
* anyone smoking in a "non-smoking" room and occupants may be asked to leave immediately with NO REFUND.
The Green Drake will not be held responsible for lost or stolen property.
*No hotplates for cooking in rooms without kitchens or kitchenettes. Violators will be asked to leave immediately with NO REFUND.
